Project planning and development coordination for enterprise, AI and cryptocurrency mining data centres. Align site feasibility, equipment selection, power and cooling requirements, capital planning and phased delivery around the intended operating model.
Support site identification, land-lease negotiations and coordination with landowners. Review access, permitted use, utility interfaces and expansion needs. Site availability and lease terms are confirmed for each project with the relevant parties.
Coordinate load schedules, application documents and submissions with appointed consultants, utilities and approving authorities. Support follow-up on connection studies, metering and energisation milestones. Capacity, tariffs and approval dates remain subject to formal utility confirmation.
Site preparation, earthworks, foundations, equipment plinths, building structures, internal roads and drainage. Coordinate the physical infrastructure with equipment loads, container layouts and site logistics.
Coordinate utility interfaces, equipment rooms, cable routes and installation sequencing for transformers, switchgear, UPS and standby generation with licensed electrical specialists and equipment suppliers.
Air-cooled data halls and mining facilities, including ventilation, filtration, airflow management and hot/cold aisle containment where appropriate. Coordinate HVAC and heat-rejection equipment against ambient conditions, dust exposure and the specified IT or mining load.
Coordinate direct-to-chip, immersion or hydro-cooling solutions to suit the selected servers or mining equipment. Scope may include cooling distribution units, pipework, pumps, water treatment, leak detection and heat rejection, with equipment compatibility and operating limits confirmed by the relevant OEMs.
Develop and integrate prefabricated container solutions for data centres and cryptocurrency mining. Coordinate module layouts, power distribution, air or liquid cooling, transport, lifting, foundations and on-site connections. Capacity and configuration are defined against the actual equipment and site conditions.
Coordinate specialist packages for fire detection and suppression, physical security, structured cabling and building monitoring. Define interfaces, authority approvals and testing responsibilities before installation.
Plan inspections, specialist testing and integrated demonstrations against agreed acceptance criteria. Consolidate as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, training records and close-out documentation.
Coordinate day-to-day campus services, preventive maintenance, utility monitoring, site access, security and vendor support. Define operating responsibilities, escalation procedures and service levels around the agreed facility scope and the tenant’s IT or mining operations.
